• Batteries should be sent in with each mobile phone.

• Mobile phone accessories are accepted but do not increase the mobile phone's value.

• The definition of a functioning phone is as follows: "Functioning" means that the mobile phone switches on and off, the display is intact and working, and the device is neither destroyed nor has it suffered water damage. If you have classified your phone as functioning and it does not meet this definition then we will pay you the price of a non functioning handset.

• Each mobile phone received is checked against the national database of stolen phones Any phone reported as stolen will be handed to the police along with the senders details and no trade in value will be awarded to the sender

• To guarantee the price shown for individuals on our website for each mobile phone, you should send back your mobile(s) within 10 days of receiving the return envelopes. To guarantee the dealer prices shown online, dealers should send in the mobiles within 10 days of making the online request to sell. If you take longer than this period there is a chance that the price for your handset will decrease in value. If you take longer than 10 days we will transfer the amount of money that the phone is currently worth based on the pricing on the site into your bank account.

• Mobile phones that do not fulfill these purchasing conditions can be sent back to the owner at the owner's cost. However, mobiles will only be sent back after such arrangements have been made with the owner.

• The client is responsible for cancelling any mobile phone contracts linked to the phone that he or she would like to sell to MSN Mobile Phone Recycling. MSN Mobile Phone Recycling is not responsible for any call costs arising before or after the phone is sent in, or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever. Should there be any call costs, the client and the service provider must resolve these payment matters.

• MSN Mobile Phone Recycling will professionally dispose of all SIM cards sent in with mobiles. Please remember to remove your SIM card if you do not want it to be destroyed

• All customers will receive payment within 22 days of receipt of the phone(s). Payment is made directly into the account of the bank details provided by customer, from the account of Greener Solutions Limited. We do not make cheque payments.

• MSN Mobile Phone Recycling cannot be held responsible, nor pay for, any phones lost within the mail system. We provide you with a Certificate of Postage (these can also be found at all Post Offices locations free of charge) that you should have stamped at the Post Office at the time you mail your phone. A stamped Certificate will cover the value of your phone up to the amount of £32. For a phone(s) worth above £32, we strongly advise you to use Special delivery ( this is different to "Recorded Signed for"-which is not as secure as Special delivery ).
